It's okay to not be okay. Life throws curveballs, and sometimes we all need a safe space to process our emotions. I understand vulnerability as strength. I provide a non-judgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, and develop the tools to navigate life's challenges with greater ease. My theoretical orientation is Adlerian with principles of attachment theory and person centered therapy. I work with those who are experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, relationship conflicts, life transitions, PTSD, complex trauma and family related conflict. I am honored to walk along side others as they grow, change, and build resilience against the difficulties of life and health. I received my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Columbia International University. I have received post graduate training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and provide services through a trauma perspective. Personally I enjoy doing anything outside like hiking, running, being active and enjoying the sun. To relax, I love to read and spend time with my family, our two dogs, and our community and friends.
